Hi all
i sold an electrical item as new which it is and someone purchased it. They then sent me messages saying it was used and showed me photos of apparent ‘hairs’ on it. I knew this wasn’t true as I took lots of pics before sending. But I didn’t kick up a fuss and sent a return label.
they took over 2 weeks to send it back and it looks like my original packaging wasn’t even opened. No added sellotape to the box or anything. I’ve opened the parcel and inspected the item and it doesn’t match with the ‘pics’ they sent me. The supposed ‘hairs and scratches’ on it are just not there. I’ve taken pics, zoomed in, added flash and not one thing is what they stated on the return.
what do I do? I don’t sell much on eBay. Do I just refund and cut my losses on p&p and return label. Do I report them? I’m very confused lol
