Each time, I’d receive the payment acknowledgement emails, but when I’d return to the app, the red banner would remain. I did check in a browser and on my laptop as well, in case it was just an app glitch.
I then read through this forum and Reddit, and saw that some people tried the micropayments process instead and that it worked for them. I tried that on Saturday. After around half an hour on the phone yesterday, I was told that eBay only does micropayments on Wednesdays and Fridays, so I won’t have access to my funds till then.
I can’t believe that this is true - that a company the size of eBay can only process account verifications twice a week?!

It looks like you've requested your micro deposits ok, and according to our records they were successfully sent. It can take 1-5 business days for them to hit your bank account, so keep an eye out in your bank account, and enter them once you receive them. I'd recommend entering from the browser rather than the app.

I am having the same issue. I have updated my payment details about 10 times (all with the same information that was previously working fine) now I keep getting the red banner to say my payouts are on hold until I update my account details. Have phoned support and they just say to re-enter the details. Now the red banner is saying my account will be subject to further restrictions if I don't update by 18th Feb. They have also downgraded me as a top rated seller as a result. Absolutely shocking service, ebay have my money and I want it! If I behaved like this as an ebay seller, my account would be suspended lol sort it out!

I've just checked for you there, and it looks like your changes have been made, currently your red banner states that you've made changes, and now you have to wait up to 48 hours for these changes to take effect. After this, you will see the latest update. If your information is still not verified, I'd suggest contacting customer service again, as we would be unable to assist any further on queries like this for privacy and security reasons.

Excuse me would you be able to check my account? I’ve verified my bank details and it appears green but I’m still receiving a pop up message above every time I go onto ebay that I need to verify my bank account in blue
