At Top-Rated Seller level but listings not Premium

My account became Top-Rated last month but so far only three of my listings are eligible for Premium Service. How do I get the others to become Premium?

I've done all of the things eBay has asked such as same-day dispatch, free delivery option within 3 days, express delivery option, 30 day return policy and even seller pays returns. 

I've tried calling customer service who took the details, said they would escalate and then of course nothing happens.  Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Your Kemei KM 877 (non Premium) quotes despatch as within 1 working day and the carriers are EVRi or RM T24.

To get the Premium badge, I think you'll have to change your despatch to same day.  RM T24 should be an OK service for next day despatch, but strangely, the listing quotes 2-3 days for T24, but RM's delivery aim for this is 1-2 days.  A three day service will only qualify you for Premium if your despatch time is same day.

Also, your account will only be upgraded for the next evaluation period - it's not instant.

Yeah I think that's it. The three listings which have premium are set to same working day and the ones that didn't are on one working day. Thank you!

Change the listings, and hopefully you'll get your badge next evaluation period. 

I had the same problem with my listings.  When I changed to 'same day' with an early cut-off time, the badge appeared.  The early cut-off means that any order that arrives after 7am is scheduled for despatch the following day.  However, the EDD seems to be based on the order date, not the scheduled despatch date - but the EDDs are such rubbish I no longer bother to look at them.
