Ebay are refusing to pay me MY money.
The buyer clicked 'collection' instead of 'free delivery' by mistake.
I posted the item anyway, thinking it would be easy to sort out. What a clown I am!
The tracking was messaged to the buyer.
The tracking showed it was delivered.
I contacted Ebay and told them this ... and was given the runaround.
'Apparently' their system cannot do anything about it, and I have to wait for my money.
Even though Ebay have looked at the messaging and acknowledged it HAS been delivered, they 'claim' there is nothing they can do!!
'Apparently' Ebay cannot contact the buyer to also prove this!
And now the buyer has not responded to my messages!!
I have now removed ALL 245 listings I had for sale. Enough is enough.
