Anyone else not getting refunds for damaged goods from Packlink?

Is it just me, or is it standard procedure for Packlink to reject claims for damage?  Numerous packages damaged, they never refund except for the first claim you make. following that, never happens, even with sufficient evidence.  The standard of proof is also highly unrealistic, depending on buyers to send detailed photos etc, as well as, photos of the package inside, outside, the label etc prior to posting. Seems like a scam to me.  

seems like one person is not enough to fight this battle. this group needs to be built upon.

Anyone else not getting refunds for damaged goods from Packlink?

i have ha 10 damaged parcels in 25 years across a few carriers. 50% paid out.

 

Why do you have so many damaged parcels to claim for , one would sugest your packing is insufficient.
