With the new requirement regarding confirmation of delivery before payout takes place I have noticed that on all of the items that I have sent out tracked recently (ie Royal Mail 48) and where I have made a partial refund then the green tick and word Delivered does not appear.
This is probably due to the words 'partial refund' appearing in the space where 'delivered' would go. Have eBay overlooked this? Will it delay my payout? Check your own sales where you have made a refund, and see if this is applicable to you as well.
