Accessing payments tab does not work

I'm living in the UK and have been using my account here for over two years. I recently sold a couple of items locally (dispatching from UK address, selling to UK buyer & accepting gbp offer) but I cannot access my payments tab because ebay app says I would need to change my location to Poland (which would be incorrect). How can I resolve this?

Firstly where are you????    You say you are being told you need to change your location to Poland but your account was registered in Germany and then you are stating the location of your current listing as Cambridge.

I think you will have to go to Customer Services to sort this on the site where you registered your account.

Hi trelek2, thanks for your post.

It looks like your account was registered in Poland, when this is the case you can only add a Polish bank account to get paid, and regions cannot be change, which means you wouldn't be able to add a UK bank account.

If you still have a Polish bank account, you can withdraw your funds to your Polish bank account. If you don't, you'd need to contact the customer service team from your region, so they can advise what's the best thing to do for you in order to withdraw your funds.

How can I contact customer services in my region Marco? I can only see the option to speak with a bot (that is not helpful) or alternatively, ask the community on this forum.
