I listed something on my eBay business account and I cannot promote it for some reason. I've tried waiting for abit for eBay to tell me to promote but it hasn't come. What do I do?
Not all listings comply, promotion boosts the item to the top of the search lists, so eBay monitor each category as to to how many they can allow. If every single application was accepted, there would be no point.
So if it's not there for your item, it's currently, not available for that category.
