PPC PROBLEM (OVER CHARGING)

hi every-one , i,m facing problem with ppc advertising , i set my budget 5 pounds in 24 hours but they charged me 19 pounds instead of 5 . i don,t know what is going on , is this a system glitch ?  any one facing the same problem ?

It could be a glitch, In the last couple of days i,ve had a slightly different issue. On my listings i set my promoted add rate to the minimum 2% on everything. i've had a couple of recent sales where ive been charged 17.5% on the sales amount... When ive checked recent listings some of them have gone back to the standard rate which is around the 12-17% range... i will be monitoring them closely for a while
