How do I turn this off exactly?
I noticed this when selling similar from an old listing that had a dynamic ad rate. It says that the new listing will be part of a dynamic ad rate campaign but gives me no option to turn it off.
I even went in to campaign settings and deleted the dynamic ad rate campaign and that had no effect even when re-creating the listing from 'sell similar' again.
