Anyone tried this offer? I only noticed it today and opted in, but after reading how it works i am totally confused as to what to do next and how to best benefit from it. Any tips

You Activate the offer and then start a campaign. You are charged a promoted listing fee each time you sell something and that is taken out of the £15 credit until the credit runs out

Be aware that if the item has been promoted and it sells, even after you end the promotion, you may be charged as the buyer may have looked at it when it was promoted and therefore ebay will want the promotion fee

It's interesting how good the views are on the promoted listings. People often say promotions don't work. I guess it doesn't work if it doesn't sell......but certainly views are good.

How do you know how much of the Credit is used when you select to promote an item? I do not want to tick a load only to find one listings has already cost me the £15 ?

I strongly advise you look into any!! Promoted campaign and understand how it works and all the charges,

Understand what your promoting against, is it needed, know your market and competitors

Use the help section and Ebay YouTube channelt for a better picture if your not sure

There are threads on this forum on how it works for some and not for others, do your own maths and research to make sure its not costly

Does anybody happen to have the direct link to the offer? I saw it yesterday but clicked and it wouldnt work in my app for some reason. Logged in via web browser now and i cant see the offer on the landing page, but it had been there previously. Thanks

I have used it. If anyone can't find it it is in the overview page where it says how many listings you have left.

I'm sketchy on details, that's why i started the post. I took the approach to add it to listings which if all sold under the promotion offer in the time frame would not take me over the £15 refund. So far one item sold and it shows how much money I have used of the £15. My most expensive item is on the promotion and is also the most viewed, which I don't think it would be without being promoted, but it hasn't sold. It is unclear if the fees still apply after the promotion ends and presumably if they do they will not be refunded. Probably best to keep records and end and sell similar when the promotion ends.
