I'm having the same issue.

If you have added a promotion in the past on any listing, as you have Buy it Nows, once they relist if you have the advanced promotion selected whereby each ' click' is charged then these will continue to be charged when the unsold BIN item automatically relists. You have to manually removed the promo so it's not continually charged.
Likewise for any Promotion added and not removed, any relist once the item sold, the ad fee is charged.

If you wish to contact eBay Customer Services for them to check the fees charged, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

The product was under a "General Campaign," Not "priority" to be charged for clicks.
It was removed from the campaign long ago, but still its charging me "Ad Fee General" as attached.
It happens with other products too.
I'm out of the country for a vacation. Can't rely on calls.
Is there no email support?

eBay do not respond to emails.

You can select CS from a different country, by clicking on your Seller Hub homepage, top left where it states Hi ***** click on down arrow to Account settings. Then at the bottom of that page on the right you can hopefully select the country you are now in to contact CS.
Or, wait when you come back from vacation to contact CS in the UK which might be the best option then try and talk to Dublin who mostly answer very first thing in the morning.
