Hello. A friend has asked if I can help to identify a collector's plate she owns - I have only been given very limited information and this single photo, but it may be enough to find out the manufacturer, artist and possibly also an approximate value.
The plate is 35+ years old;
It measures approximately 15 inches in diameter;
There is a maker's mark on the back of the plate but it is too faded to see clearly;
Google and eBay have both been checked thoroughly using links and images, with plate artists of similar subject matter (Harry Stinton, David Scyner, James Skerrett and Ernest Ray Booth) failing to yield any results.
Any help at all would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time 🙂
