British pottery??

Hello Roberto,

This certainly looks British but I am unable to see the impressed mark clearly to determine which pottery made it. Can you please take a close up picture of the impressed mark? Attica is just a design name and has been used by several facories.

Cheers

Terry

British pottery??

Hi, thanks for your answer, I made a similar answer in another forum, one guy told me Hanley 1885/1890 it could be? If yes how much is it's value for a complete service for 12 people? I hope to help you for an italian pottery next time

 🙂

British pottery??

Hi,

It's still difficult to see the mark but I think it probably is Hanley China although I think the dates are 1899-1901. It isn't a highly collectable item but if you have a full set of twelve cups, saucers, tea plates & dinner plates then I would estimate the value to be in the region of €30-50.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Terry

Hello Roberto,

It's difficult to value odd plates, it would have been beter if it had cups & saucers with it. If you are auctioning them on ebay then I would sell the long plates indiidually at a starting price of €5 and the rest I would sell the largest plates individually at a starting price of €5 each and the smaller ones either as individual plates or in sets of around 6 for a starting price of €10.

Good luck and if can be Of any further help please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Ciao

Terry
