I assume these are two different items. A picture of the base of the first and the whole of the second might be helpful along with dimensions.

However, the first one looks like pottery, late 19th century; depending on the size maybe a tureen stand and probably English. If that is a nasty crack I can see i think it will be very hard to sell at all; there is a lot of this type of thing around.

Royal Crown Derby always does OK I think, you should be able to look at completed listings for an idea of price.

The gold anchor mark is the Samson factory. Samson produced English copies (ie fakes) of more expensive figures by continental manufacturers such as Meissen. Until fairly recently they were considered as virtually worthless fakes. Ironically they now have their own group of collectors, although prices tend to be in the low tens rather than the hundreds and they need to be perfect to be of any interest to collectors.

I feel I should add that none of the above information is difficult to obtain on the internet and you might find it both educaional and enjoyable to do your own research rather than keep posting pictures here. It's how most of us came to know what we know.
