The dimbo who authorised the moronic idea to force ebay prepaid labels on sellers without any backup option should be sacked rather quickly.

I CAN'T POST MY ORDERS.

"Please be aware that ebay is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later."

I CAN'T ACCESS MY BUYERS POSTAL ADDRESS !!! meaning that I can't post at all.

This is so stupid!

No wonder people are closing ebay accounts left and right.

Its bad. I've tried multiple times from 10pm Friday to early Sat. If you click the pencil symbol on Delivery Details you can see the buyers address but eBay has the postage money. I don't know if it would be easy to get that back.

Someone has just posted this helpful information see below,  perhaps this is the reason why you and so many others are in the same predicament?

The business Click and Drop website is down since sometime last night. I assume this is related and eBay's RM labels are generated from the same domain.

RM Click and Drop business domain is different to the retail site. The retail site is still working.

I assume ebay gets their labels generated via the business domain.

RM own C+D service checker claims the site is working correctly, but the website page shows it as down.

I’m having the same problem. Have contacted them by phone. Operator couldn’t sort said she would transfer me to technical section and then proceeded to cut me off😡😡. I’m livid regarding this appalling situation. There was no consultation with sellers, eBay just decided to change.
