evri - location charge

Evri are trying to charge me an extra £2.70 for 'location' charges on 3 differentr parcels, despite this going to 'normal' locations with no restrictions.  Has anyone else had this experience?

Is it because your listings say you are in the Perth area which is within what evri calls a remote location.

 They charge more to send from and deliver to those areas.

Many thanks for that - frustratingly PH2 is not included in their 'remote' areas but still want the extra 2.70!!
