buyer on holiday

I have sold an item and the buyer has paid for it but he has asked me not to post it until after this Friday because he s on holiday, this means that I will be later than the 2 days dispatch time on my listing, will this be OK?

It's not ideal.   It might be best to cancel/refund and relist nearer the time for the buyer to buy again.
