As the attached image indicates, I was selling an item and had set it so the buyer pays the postage, which had worked perfectly well previously. This time however, the site said that the buyer had paid and I also needed to pay... So it took their money for the postage and also took money from my account for the same postage of this small item?!? Can someone explain what I am missing here... Any answers would be most appreciated! (Simple delivery)
