Unable to add Tracking number for combined postage

I sold two low value items to the same buyer, i didn't have combined postage selected and am unable to add a tracking reference to the second item. 

Now that both items have been sent (in the same package, under the same reference) i'm concerned a claim will be raised for the second item not being received. 

 

Any thoughts?

The option to change tracking number has been removed but you would be able to add the existing number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.   As it's a shortcoming in the system that would hopefully be enough.    Payment will be held for 14 days.  You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).
