Unable to access QR/postage label Something went wrong, no services available

Hi all,

I want to post an item my buyer has paid for. They have paid for it and their postage. When I click on GET PREPAID LABEL it says SOMWTHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN and underneath postage services it says NO SERVICES AVAILABLE with the button GET PREPAID LABEL greyed out.

I am waiting for Ebay to call me back but I've been waiting an hour now. Any help would be much appreciated.

I've just seen a similar post on this, I was just wondering if this is still happening to you? If so, would you be able to upload a screenshot of the error in question and the item number, so I can look into this for you?

You have posted on a 5 month old thread,  that issue was different  to one many are facing today, and it was resolved.

Someone has just posted this helpful information see below,  perhaps this is the reason why you and so many others are in the same predicament?

The business Click and Drop website is down since sometime last night. I assume this is related and eBay's RM labels are generated from the same domain.

RM Click and Drop business domain is different to the retail site. The retail site is still working.

I assume ebay gets their labels generated via the business domain.

RM own C+D service checker claims the site is working correctly, but the website page shows it as down.

You are not alone,  as said,  many facing the same problem.
