Simply post   nothing but a scam 
One customer has bought and paid for 10 items 
Cant combine postage 
even if you could simply useless couldnt work it out
So boxing it all in one box and hes paying for that  and 26 odd quid for simply rubbish as well 
there  is no flexability in this   zero understanding of sellers and buyers needs 
Before this you could work with the buyer .. cant now 
It should be an option end of ,

Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched then add the tracking number to the extra items at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browse.

The cost of the unused labels will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days.

Simple Delivery combines postage when your Buyer adds all 10 items to their Shopping Cart and pays in one go.

well it didnt want to combine 10 .. ... guess it was to complicated for it  
Now have 2 more missing items ..
Never had any issues with post .. until now
