I have a customer that has placed two separate orders, how do I refund postage on one of the orders both are on simple delivery. Many thanks.

technically - if they didn't checkout both items at the same time - you are supposed to ship them separately.
However, looking at your recently sold items - they were all buyer pays delivery.
So if you don't use one of the labels - they will be refunded for hte cost of the unused label in 30 days by ebay.

But note there is zero evidence these refunds are actually happening.

So it appears you risk getting item not received claims for the other items if you only use one label, with no benefit to the buyer. (Just like myself and other sellers have been doing for some time now.)
