Simple Delivery

Has anyone had any problems today, 12/09/2025, trying to select Simple Delivery as a postage option when listing new items? 

It's always worked fine for me but today I get a message stating my item isn't suitable for Simple Delivery but the price and parcel size all fall into the required category?

I'm a bit confused 😕

Many are experiencing this,  you are not alone, and it's been an issue all day.

Friday is eBay's maintenance day, when those up in eBay Towers HQ in CaliforNIA are tweaking and installing new systems.  It can send things askew and awry here  in the UK.

Although the Friday reason for tech issues,  it's usually fixed much sooner,  and this seems to be lingering on far longer than the norm Friday maintenance upset!

Let's hope it is fixed soon as many are affected.

It's a bad tech issue, but at least in a way,  it's reassuring to know you are not alone !

Having the same issue and spoke to eBay customer service who said they new about, not very helpful.

Customer phone to say they wanted to buy a item but they could not as there is no postage option, this is not good. Hope they fix it soon. 😭
