Shipping batteries to Northern Ireland

I am based in England and have just sold a drone to a buyer in Northern Ireland. It's a DJI drone and comes with 3 lithium ion batteries.

It's being sold as it was when I received it - the drone and batteries separate, inside a carrying case, inside the original box, which is then packed with foam and bubble wrap inside a larger shipping box. It will obviously be sent via plane so I don't know if any issues will come up at the airport? I will attach a UN3091 label but am I likely to run into any issues with this? Obviously I don't want to risk the drone being seized or destroyed.

I have just googled if you can post  lithium batteries, this is their answer:

Yes, you can send lithium batteries in the UK post, but there are restrictions. You can only send them if they are contained in a device, and you must take precautions to prevent overheating. 

Are you using Royal Mail?  There's an advantage here , as they do not charge extra for posting to N.I.  whilst other carriers do.  Personally then,   I would check at a general main Post Office, if there are any restrictions.
