Sent item to wrong buyer

Sent two parcels to two different buyers but one buyer received both

They are happy to return back to me how do I go about doing this

And the buyer that doesn't have a parcel is still happy to receive is there a possibility I could get the buyer with both to send the incorrect parcel straight to them

Thanks

You would have to ask the buyer without the parcel whether they were happy for their name and address to be sent to the other person. It's possible that ebay make not like that anyway.

AFAIK you would have to arrange the label(s) outside of ebay. e.g. buy the "label" yourself or send the buyer with the extra parcel some money e.g. by PayPal. (Some couriers have options to print the label in the shop or have label-less lockers.)

Sent item to wrong buyer

Hi louc1987, thanks for your post.

In this case, I would probably recommend getting the buyer that got the 2nd item by mistake returned to you, you could take up their offer and let them send it to the other buyer, but I wouldn't share their address and name for them to send the other buyer the item, plus you'd need to send them the funds for that shipment as well, and then if the item goes missing you won't be covered at all, and even if the other buyer received the item, you could be exposed to claims for item not received cases since we cannot see that part of the shipment.

While I can see this could work out, for other multiple reasons, I would get the buyer that got the 2nd item by mistake to return the item to you, and then you can refund the 2nd buyer and get them to place the order again and send it to them directly, so you can be protected.

Thank you,

Marco
