Is just  me or as Royal Mail  and  now parcel  force  been giving a very poor service  over last few months  taking up to 17. days to deliver  or losing  the package

I have always used Royal Mail and they have been very good. Now they have put their prices up I have started using eBay postage but still using Royal Mail. They seem to lose or delay half of them

It still goes to the post office and in the same bag but seems to be going astray.

And chasing a refund and compensation is a nightmare.

I would think as eBay sells us the post they should maybe take responsibility????

Recently I've sent the few sales I'm getting by 48 Tracked and it's been amazing. Things posted on Friday afternoon have arrived on Saturday morning. I had one that took three working days but that was a problem accessing the buyer's address.
