Refuse to use Simple Delivery

Hi All , I flatly refuse to use Simple Delivery.  All my items (450) were listed without simple delivery, If an item sells and Ebay take postage for Simple Delivery I cancel the sale and issue a refund with the explanation I don't use simple Delivery . I have always sent my items 48hr tracked so why should Ebay take the cream and leave me to pay for packaging and taking to the post office. The item i sold was a book for £5 which should have been outside Simple delivery scope but it was taken. You may say cutting of the nose to spit the face but Ebay may take notice and change before there is no Ebay.  And what is buyers protection all about other than another cream of by Ebay. there was nothing wrong with the old system and the buyer did not pay extra.

Because Buyers can leave you Negative Feedback every time you cancel a sale, perhaps there is a better way? Most of your items are under £20. Do you know eBay now allows you to set Custom Postage for these? Just enter the correct price, make sure your Simple Delivery is set to 'Large Letter' size, and CP option should become visible. Then you can change it to any size/weight desired.

For the items that are over £20, you can still buy your own CP then add the Tracking Number into eBay. If your Buyer paid for SD label they will be refunded automatically. If you paid, you can request a refund within a fortnight here:
