Refunds

I have been selling items and charging the Buyers £2.72 for a Large Letter up to 1Kg.  All was fine until the same Buyer purchased 2 items and I packed them in the same envelope which still remained within the 1 Kg limit. I feel guilty and wish to refund the buyer for one of the Labels.  Can anyone tell me how to go about this please.

Did you use "simple delivery" ?.

If you did the buyer will be automatically refunded within 30 days for any unused labels.

Hi emd121199, thanks for your post.

The advice above is correct, if it was sent with Simple Delivery, the unused label will be automatically refunded within 30 days. If it wasn't sent with Simple Delivery and postage was not combined for the two orders, then you can just partially refund one of the orders for the amount of the original postage.
