Quoted £3.38 and today, eBay charged me MORE £3.64

When I bought the postage, the page said £3.38 for Royal Mail 2nd class under 2kg. Today, I packed the item and was horrified to see £3.64 instead.

It is ILLEGAL to do this. I was quoted £3.38 and yet they upped the price on the go. Sounds like a cold caller contractor who makes up the prices as he goes along. I would appreciate a refund.

There is no one from ebay here - we are just members like yourself. You need to contact ebay.

Do you mean when you listed it said the higher price and when you bought the postage it was at the higher one?

You need to be very clear about what happened when you contact ebay CS.

Also, there might have been a price increase between listing and buying, have you checked for that?  The price you are charged will be the current one at the time of purchase.

This is the man who received from eBay £40 refund for my colour changeling for which he gave me a GREAT FEEDBACK. GREAT BULB and then left in his cold conservatory without putting it back properly and threatened me with a return.

A resting bulb cost £40 and he got one delivered WITH FLOWER for £40, gave a positive feedback, mistreated the plant, cried foul and eBay refunded him.
