Has anyone else received a questionnaire re. postage and delivery options and asking if you would use Simple Delivery, and your reasons for not wanting to? I filled it in answering honestly with my concerns and saying that I do not want to be forced to use a particular shipping method. I'm not sure if ebay are actually listening to seller complaints or if it is just a data gathering exercise about SD...
