QR code not available, only printing label. No happy

Hello everyone

I sold a tea service and it is going to the Netherlands. I had the Standard International package. I was told in another post that I will get a QR code to show in the post office then they will print it and I don't will need to pay the cost of the postage.

In the post order window shows me that I have 3 courier choices: DPD, UPS and Royal Mail. None of the couriers give me the option of the QR code. The only option that give me, it is to print the label and I cannot printed.

I am not happy.

Does it specifically say you won't get a QR code?

Which courier do you want to use?

I assume it's a bit cheaper thru ebay than just buying a label at the post office?

I already sent it. 

I asked a friend to print it for me.

It was Royal Mail, it was DPD and I don't remember the other option. All just didn't give the option to choose QR code, just said: QR code not available.

The only option was printing label.
