Hi
Not sure if I have posted on the correct one sorry if not.
I had my first sale using the "simple delivery " label but could not get it to print at the correct size on my vretti printer. It would only print very small and unreadable in the top left corner.
I ended up paying for another postage from royal mail so as not to inconvenience the seller at a cost to me.
Does anyone know how to get the correct size to print as It was my first attempt maybe I missed something.
As I am housebound I need postie to collect.
I am just a private seller getting to a stage where I need to start getting rid of stuff but I am getting to the point where if I cannot sort I will delist everything.
Can anyone give any advice.

The label you get from e-Bay is in the top left corner of an A4 sheet. What I do is convert the PDF to an image (PNG, JPG or whatever) and then crop the white space away.
There are plenty of on-line PDF to image converters around and the cropping can be done with something as simple as MS-Paint, or whatever modern versions of Windows have, and there are no doubt on-line image editors as well.

Hi, I use a vretti label printer and have shipped with Simple Delivery several times and have had no problems. Do you print labels via the app on your phone or via your computer?

I print from the computer the only way I can seem to do it is to save as pdf then do a screen shot and print from that altering size and margins etc a lot of faffing around.
When i print the label from ebay (on computer) it comes out in top left hand corner so small it is unreadable when you print it out on the printer.
i have tried changing things when i print it but all i did was waste about 15 labels.
When I did label from royal mail just printed straight to printer.
It's a work around but not sure how long I will carry on doing it.

Vretti is a 4x6 label printer you can adjust size in printer settings.

The printer size is correct as I would normally print from royal mail website no problem.
It is when I try to print from ebay it is not coming out correctly and I am having to do all the screen shot and do all the altering to get it to print to the correct size.
All i want to know is how do I print straight from ebay to the printer without changing anything. There must be a way to do I just can't seem to find it.
The printer is set to 6x4 as it has been ever since I got it.

As I said the e-Bay labels are A4 (11¾" x 8¼") with the actual 6" x 4" label in the top left corner. Your printer is shrinking the A4 sheet so the whole thing will fit on a 6" x 4" label. You need to get rid of the extra blank space so just the label itself remains.
Are you pressing "Print Label" on the e-Bay web-site? If so it may be worth downloading it and using something else to print it, maybe some software that came with your printer. That may have options to print just the top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right corners as you'd need to if there were four different labels on one sheet.

I am down loading it have tried printing it from there and saving it to pdf but the only way I can print it to the correct size is to do a screen shot then change all the settings.
It's a faff but I think I will have to do that going forward

If you are using a computer you should be able to change label size on the screen that tells you about the label not sure about on a mobile device.

You should be able to book the RM collection and have them bring a label, all on the ebay website.
It's new as of about a week ago. It's only for RM items not Evri.
