Posted item 17th May, first class small parcel. I was unable to print eBay labels but have proof of posting.

So without a postage label how did you post it?

As a small parcel by RM it will have a 16 digit code on the receipt.

You can enter this against the item on your sold page.

It's not a tracking number but it should show it's been posted on RM website and again when delivered.

Then do as above enter the 16 digit number you shouild have been given by post office.

Enter the tracking as 02187DAA01D3B81F into RM tracking to have a look.

Upload that reference into to the eBay order. It was delivered 18/05.
