Hi, I’ve sold something and the buyer has pre paid for postage ie a yodel store to door label. However the store won’t accept it as it’s too heavy. I’m not sure what to do now as it seems impossible to contact eBay directly!
If its a Simple Delivery label you can't cancel it. The correct thing to do would be to cancel/refund the transaction via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list, and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again. Obviously explain problem to buyer first.
