Postage changes automatically when revising listing?

Hi, not sure if anyone is having the same issues as me when listing and revising items?

I save in draft an item to be listed with Simple Delivery.

I go in to double check item to be listed and when i do on the bottom of the screen it says "postage updated" despite me not changing anything.  When i check postage it has automatically changed the postage to Custom Postage.  I have not changed anything at all on the listed item.  

Anyone else having this issue?

Update:  I have contacted Ebay and have advised that it depends on the price (>£20.00) of your item listed before you can use Simple Delivery Standard Tracked 48.
