Post office, Co-op and Tesco refusing Evri parcels because Evri not collecting parcels

My local post office is refusing to take Evri parcels because they say Evri has not collected any parcels for a week now. I tried the co-op and they accepted the parcel but also said Evri have not picked up any parcels for over a week. The same at Tesco. What is happening to Evri? Ebay don't offer an option to change delivery, but  if I send my parcel will it be safe or even get delivered?
