Does anyone know where I can find the VAT invoices for Parcelforce shipping bought through ebay? I've phoned ebay support and they are saying I need to contact Parcelforce. This can't be right as the payment is charged through Paypal and the recipient is ebay.
DPD and UPS labels bought through ebay shipping are not a problem as payment is deducted directly from our ebay funds and accounted for in our transaction report. The parcelforce ones are not.
