Hi all does anyone know if ebay is going to auto update to the new Royal Mail postage rates at customer checkout? All of my existing listings are still showing the old rates. And I just tried to do a "Test listing" Tues 7th April, to see if the new rates are showing, but it still shows the old rates?
Is this because Simple Delivery is subsidising the cost during a crossover period or is it because the Ebay system is slow updating. My understanding is that the new rates are in effect from today.
I'm a private seller using Simple Delivery on all my listings. I'm guessing business sellers have access to more favourable bulk pricing. So my question just relates to private selling.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. K.
