Do I need a label on my parcel when posting at the inpost locker? I can't find a definite answer and all I have is a qr code.
Thanks for helping.

You scan the QR code at the locker then the courier attaches a label when they pick it up.

Simple answer is - no you don`t have to put a label on the parcel at all. I know this sounds crazy but I have just used InPost for the first time and the no-label package I sent has now arrived at the buyers Inpost locker this morning. ready for them to collect.
This is the full story.
I was arranging postage for a customer sale via `get prepaid label` button on the Order page.
On the next page it states you have to use a `Simple delivery label` to send.
The `download label` button top right corner had been grayed out so I couldn`t get a label this way.
I hit the `Get Simple Delivery label` button bottom left and it then displayed customer name and address and it did download a delivery label. However it was a `PNG` file which is unprintable. But it did include a QR code and also SEND code which is a series of digits.
The options at the InPost locker are a scan of the QR code, or type in the SEND code. Either of these will open the locker door. I used the SEND code. I placed the package with NO label on it and shut the door.
As it is 1 item per locker drawer the courier processes the drawers one at a time and then produces a label for the package and places it on the package.
This is the first time I have posted a package without a label, but it obviously works.
Perhaps Ebay should change their system to allow you to produce a label that is printable ( a PDF file as per Royal Mail postage), and make it clearer how this system works.
Why they insist the label must include customer name and address when it is not included on the PNG file is very confusing.

The SEND code is 9 digits and there is no need to use a QR code.
