Hi, I bought a Parcel-Force postage label after an item was sold but I forgot about having it colleced from my house as the item is large, I regret this now because on Ebay there was no way to indicate you wanted to have the item collected from my house, I should have gone to the Royal Mail website and bought the postage manually from them.
Then I remembered this link: Collection step 1 - Your items - Royal Mail Click & Drop | Send an item - Send it your way
Now I have tried every which way from Sunday to get the tracking number I was provided from my eBay label into the Royal Mail collection service, "Enter a valid 13 digit tracking number" nothing I've tried works, I've tried taking the number from the printed label which looks like this : PB UH1234567 001
Just not having any of it... so I take it the eBay tracking for Parcel-Force labels are just not registered (yet) I'd like to get this item collected tomorrow to meet my deadline, but it looks like I'll have to carry the item down to my local post office instead because if eventually Royal Mail validate my tracking number bought from eBay it would be too late, is there something I'm doing wrong here?
My item was sold this evening at 7:30PM
Please advise

Hi computerv_75, thanks for your post.
If you want the item to be collected, your collection has to be booked before the label is generated. Once you book your collection, you can go ahead and generate the label.
I understand that it might be a bit late for this, but if you ever need this for future transaction, you can click here, and see how to do it step by step.
Thank you,
Marco
