Packlink invoices are generated by Packlink rather than eBay, so you won’t find them in My eBay. There are two ways to obtain a VAT invoice:
1. **Request at the time of purchase:** When you buy a Packlink label, at the payment step tick the option “I need a VAT invoice for my shipment” and fill out your business details. Packlink will email the VAT invoice once the shipment is processed【988300674597183†L29-L51】.
2. **Download after the shipment:** If you didn’t request a VAT invoice, you can still download one from Packlink’s Self‑Service portal once the invoice has been issued (this can take up to seven days). Go to the Packlink support page, select **Self Service**, enter your Packlink order reference (found in the confirmation email), and click **Send info**. At the bottom of the post‑sales page there’s a “Download invoice” button—clicking it downloads a PDF of your invoice【988300674597183†L64-L79】.
If you use **Packlink PRO**, log into your PRO account, go to **Settings > Billing and Invoices** and you can download individual invoices or select several and click **Download**【467658222459192†L29-L46】.
If you still don’t see your invoice after 7 days, contact Packlink customer service via their support page and they’ll resend it【988300674597183†L64-L79】.
