I can’t understand why eBay want me to pay an Evri price of £5.47 for a parcel under 1kg, I am unable to change the value and have £4.11 on my listing. It appears to default to the price used on my last sale which was an heavier item. Any help appreciated.
It sounds like your buyer lives in one of Evri's 'remote places', which incur an extra charge. You could ask the buyer if they mind you sending via Royal Mail, who deliver across the UK for one price.
