Global shipping program

Has the global shipping program ceased to function properly i understand according to some online information that shipping to the usa due to uncertainty regarding tariffs etc has been suspended but have now had a customer unable to checkout in the Netherlands regardless of the fact it quite clearly states them as an accepted destination with the global shipping program active and as handy as the GSP is or was in regards to only ensuring safe passage to their hub in the UK it's a redundant proposition if most destinations are being refused and heaven forbid risking international postage via the royal mail unless it has become more efficient in the last few years.

Your current listings have no International Postage (neither the GSP nor Custom). Is that by design? Or do you still need help?

My understanding in talking to ebay off and on over the last few weeks is

GSP is still suspended to the USA - even though the website and emails say it isnt

there is a GSP bug that means certain countries (it was Australia for me) cannot check out with GSP even though its not suspended

As usual zero comms from ebay on any of this and IT bug fixes that take months to implement
