Once again Evri have lost a parcel and another is delayed and probably lost as well. This isn’t good enough EBay. I know you have the buyer protection fee but these losses must be costing you big time. You supply the label from your chosen courier but once again they have let you down. I left message on Evris auto service - as did my buyer with promises to come back to us - NOTHING!!!. This is the third loss for me and another parcel was damaged. repackage with half the contents missing and delivered . Personally with the sophisticated tracking systems today I think the parcels are not lost but misappropriated or when the delivery address is off the beaten track the drivers can’t be arsed to spend their petrol for the pittance they receive for the delivery! Anybody else suffering Evri?

I had to sue them, when they were able to steal the only valued item I send, good timing.
They are freelancer, never trust your deliveries with people without a wage, the honest ones leave in few weeks anyway. Everybody choose them because they are cheap to shops contracts, probably Ebay as well, lots of hussle on sellers. Just turn it off on postage selection and if the label is still Evri cancel the sale and explain to buyer.

You only need tracking numbers is you lose items.....................
