Has anyone experienced additional charges on their eBay statement due to postage being marked as underpaid ? Logically, when a seller takes a parcel to the post office counter, staff should inform them immediately if the package is overweight or oversized rather than accepting it and later applying extra fees to the seller or taking money from the buyer which later complaint to seller .
It feels like eBay needs to optimise postage cost accuracy for sellers, as shipping is already becoming expensive.
On top of that, these extra charges are being added afterward without any approval or authorisation from the seller, which doesn’t seem fair.
