I’m not sure if others are experiencing the same issue, but Evri has been delayed in collecting parcels from my nearby ParcelShop and locker. I dropped off several items a few days ago, and they still haven’t been collected.
Because of this, I’m receiving constant queries and messages from buyers. While I completely understand their concern, the delays are outside my control.
Would it be possible for eBay to provide an official update or notification about these Evri delays? Buyers are getting frustrated and directing their complaints at sellers, even though we have no influence over the collection times.
