Evri have increased their price for a medium parcel to £3.01. However ebay are still pricing it at £2.94 when listing. Ive listed and sold items today that im now losing 7p on. I will now manually enter the £3.01 price, but why havent ebay updated this? How long does it usually take them? Its annoying manually inputting postage cost when you have lots of items to list. And also surely against the law to advertise as one price and then charge another at check out.
Yeah see in this screenshot, ebay states that evri medium parcel costs £2.94. Yes I can manually change this myself afterwards, but ebay are still stating the incorrect price initially.
I think I'm with you - but I've got Postage Policies setup on my Business Account so can't see a selection list when listing that actually returns PackLink costs (which is what I;m assuming you are doing?)
So it just asks me to either select one - or Create a new One. Personally - for a business - I'd always recommend using Postage Policies anyway because you can update your postage costs across hundreds of listings in one go.
