Combined postage invoices

Hi, 

I am trying to send a combined postage invoice but I keep getting the follwoing error message

"The Global Shipping Programme already provides your buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, postage and import charges. Unfortunately you can't edit these charges, even to offer a P&P discount. When your buyer pays, just send the item to the UK Shipping Centre and the Global Shipping Programme will take care of forwarding it to the buyer. Your buyer will directly pay you the purchase price of the item, plus any domestic postage cost you specified in the listing."

Has anyone come across this before and if so could you help me to send an invoice with combined postage?

eBay says buyers can get combined postage with GSP by placing the items in the basket before proceeding to checkout.    If they haven't done that you won't be able to combine and the message is saying you cannot edit the charges.

You need to opt out of global shipping it is a nightmare, don't know what you can do now but Ebay added me to it without my knowledge and a person in USA bought a doll from me and i said that i don't send parcels overseas and had to cancel the order which i did because they only paid uk postage. After that i got loads of abuse from the person and had to speak to Ebay to deal with it and remove the negative. The only thing you can do is cancel the order. Global shipping costs a fortune and buyers don't like it and it takes longer to get there. They have to pay for us to send to the center and then more for them to send it on. My post gets picked up by the postman and straight into the system.

Ebay are adding things all the time without our knowledge i was put into business postage and now it's all messed up, i had to opt out of that too

That's bad because you can only use basket and request total on a computer not a phone unless things have changed but i doubt it
