Royal Mail Click and Drop is not importing address details for GSP orders correctly.
We are getting the address headed "Pitney Bowes Warehouse" followed by the usual GSP address. There is with no sign of the buyers name but more worryingly there is no reference code in the address.
Anyone else seen this and is it a new thing ebay are trying?

Would you have a screenshot of this by any chance? If so, I can try escalating this for you to see if this is a new design or a technical issue.

Yes it is blurry - one of the moderators was concerned as it had an address on it - the Pitney Bowes address. LOL

I’m having the same issue.
I printed 4 orders, of which 3 were GSP. When they imported they were all correct. When I printed, 2 out of the 3 had changed to “Pitney Bowes Warehouse” followed by the address with no customer name or reference number. The third one was still correct, with all information present. They are now the same as when printed (IE Incorrect) in the Click and Drop Account

Having same issue, all GSP orders have Pitney Bowes Warehouse as default name
